Per Coach Srock and/or your head coach, execute a combination EVERY DAY of any TWO workouts located on the right.


For example:

  • On Tuesday, combine Speed Drills with Body Weight Drills.

  • On Wednesday, combine Bounding Series with Lunge Series.

Simply combine TWO workout programs a day between April 14 – May 1.  Allow yourself to rest when applicable.  Stay hydrated!



Srock says:  “Go ahead and do the “core challenge” combined with TWO (2) different workouts a day

A.  do the core workout according to the schedule above

B.  pick two (2) different workouts and perform them after the core work

  • Entire training session will take 40-60 minutes depending on workouts selected
